Maintenance Payment Information

The monthly maintenance payment of $360.00 (Effective January 1, 2016)  is due the first of the month and is considered late on the fifth of the month. No invoice will be sent to you. After the 10th of the month a late fee of $25.00 will be charged.

Checks and money orders are acceptable, made payable to Sheridan Ocean Club Condominium. Payments should be mailed to:

AAMI-King Property Management
3495 NE 163rd Street
North Miami Beach, FL 33160

Please put your building # and the unit # on the check. You may also use online banking.

Please note that your check or money order MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO SHERIDAN OCEAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, and not to AAMI-King Property  Management. The bank refuses to permit us to deposit such checks to our account.

Checks or money orders payable to Association Accounting & Management will be returned to you, which (depending on timing) might result in your unit falling into delinquent and/or collection status.

If your payment is not received within 30 days, (after the initial late fee has been added), we will be forced to turn it over to our attorney’s office for collection. At that time will not be able to accept any payments directly from you. All subsequent fees will be then your responsibility.

In accord with paragraph 9.2 of our Bylaws and paragraph 9.3 of our Condominium Declarations, payments are due and payable on the first day of each month with late fees and interest becoming applicable to assessments remaining unpaid after the tenth. We regret that we are not able to accept and manage multiple post-dated checks for our absentee owners.
